Berlin, June 25, 2020 – ACCENTRO Real EstateAG successfully held its annual shareholders’ meeting yesterday. Due to restrictions resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic, this year’s meeting was held virtually.
Shareholders representing 88 percent of ACCENTRO Real Estate AG’s share capital were present. All items on the agenda were approved by a large majority. Lars Schriewer, CEO of ACCENTRO Real Estate AG, expressed his great satisfaction: “We would like to thank our shareholders for their great interest and trust, and we are also delighted to to be able to continue our company’s successful growth trajectory together in the future. The bond with a volume of 250 million euros, which was successfully placed in the first quarter of 2020, and the new authorized capital approved today by the Annual General Meeting give us the financial flexibility to continue seizing attractive growth opportunities as they arise.”
