Berlin, March 19, 2021 – The Executive Board of ACCENTRO Real Estate AG announces adjustments to the financial calendar. The publication of the 2020 Annual Report and the interim report for the first quarter of 2021, as well as the date of the Annual General Meeting, will be postponed to a later date. However, the dates for the publication of the interim report for the first half of 2021 and the interim report for the third quarter of 2021 remain unchanged.
The change in schedule is due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the lockdown in Germany, which has been in effect since early November 2020 and has been further tightened by stricter regulations.

- April 30, 2021 Publication of the 2020 Annual Report (previously March 30, 2021)
- May 31, 2021 Publication of interim report as of March 31, 2021 (previously May 11, 2021)
- June 22, 2021 Annual General Meeting, Berlin (previously April 28, 2021) * August 10, 2021 Publication of interim report as of June 30, 2021
- November 9, 2021 Publication of interim announcement as of September 30, 2021
