Old-building charm in Berlin Friedrichshain. The apartment building located in Weserstraße is a classical old-building from the 19th century. The building itself is renovated, which means that the roof and the windows meet actual criteria’s, so it’s fitting with the buildings in the close-by neighborhood. The façade got a fresh and decent looking coat of paint. This beautiful old-building from the year 1908 offers you a small and exquisite range of 2 to 4 room apartments with sizes ranging from 51 to 111 square meters. High ceilings and good layouts are responsible for a bright and open living atmosphere. Weserstraße is a street with classy old buildings located in the eastern part of Friedrichshain in a quiet neighborhood. Tree-lined alleys with huge walkways are typical for this area in Berlin.
