  • Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich die Sachbearbeitung im Rahmen der gesellschaftsrechtlichen oder notarnahen Tätigkeiten.

  • Du kümmerst Dich um den gesamten administrativen Bereich rund um Akten, Anträge, Urkunden und Verträge, übernimmst die Fristenkontrolle und Wiedervorlagemanagement.

  • Du bereitest die Sitzungen des Vorstands, Aufsichtsrats und die Hauptversammlung vor und unterstützt sie bei Beschlüssen.

  • Du bist die kommunikative Schnittstelle zu Kunden, Geschäftspartnern, Behörden und Gerichten einschließlich des elektronischen Rechtsverkehrs

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Notarfachangestellten (m/w/d) und/oder eine Weiterbildung zum Notarfachwirt (m/w/d) sowie Berufserfahrung in notariellen Tätigkeiten – gerne ermöglichen wir Dir auch den Wiedereinstieg nach einer Pause.

  • Du verfügst über gute MS Office-Kenntnisse.

  • Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und Teamgeist sind für Dich selbstverständlich.

  • Du hast Interesse am Thema und Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit im Team.
