The residential building on Uhlandstrasse where these condominiums are available represents a period building dating back to the Belle Époque. It consists of a front, side and rear building. Generally information: Lifts: two steel / glass lifts are going to be added to the court-side facade of the front and back building in the first inner courtyard; Energy performance certificate: a consumption-based energy performance certificate has been obtained; Facade: all parts of the facade are going to have a thermal insulation; the street facing facade is going to be redecorated; Basement: basements run the entire length of the buildings; a new cellar unit will be allocated to each apartment; Lock and Intercom System: a new bell and intercom system including CCTV will be installed in the entrance area of the front building, with remote units to be installed in each apartment; Staircase: all staircases will be refurbished and will feature stair runners made of natural fibres;
